Suggested Usage:
-Shake bottle well to combine both phases.
-Soak a cotton pad with formula.
-Lightly press pad onto lashes for 10 seconds.
-Slide pad downward and then upward, gently lifting lashes.
-Fold pad in half and place under eye, then slide outward and dry.
-For second eye, take a new cotton pad and repeat process.
