How do I refill my bottle if the cap don't twist off like the video?

you don't? you won't be able to refill your bottle if the lid doesn't twist off. it shouldn't happen though since all the new bottles should be manufactured with the twist off lid, especially if Yves Saint Laurent has a refill bottle for sale. talk with any Sephora beauty associates when in store and they should be able to tell you which to buy. most likely, if you get a sample or if the original bottle came in a set, you won't be able to refill it, where as if you buy a new bottle, 50 ml or 100ml, you will be able to refill it. but buy it at Sephora, don't buy it elsewhere since it's possible that there are different versions, a refillable and a non-refillable bottle. (but selling two different versions of the bottle seems ridiculous)
