Is anyone concerned that Propanadiol is the 2nd highest quantity ingredient?

I like that it's in there. having an eco-friendly option that doesn't come from petroleum-derived glycols is nice. from the little I've read it's widely considered safe and effective with low irritation by skincare safety panels.
