Can you use this under eyes before concealer?

Yes you can! I recommend only the smallest bit. I use pretty much whatever is leftover from applying all over, under & on top of my eye lid as well. Great for helping the concealer really stick! It hasn’t creased on me yet & I’m 34 y/o! Also great on top of lids for eyeshadow! Literally like a magnet even after I use the O/S blurring set powder!
