To the company - why why why do you put fragrance in your products which are excellent other than that. Today's consumer is savvy and we do not want fragrance in our face products.

I hate them too, but to answer your question directly and generally: Many products are difficult to make well without a fragrance as certain ingredients cannot be easily formulated due to having an innate smell already. therefore fragrances are often added to neutralize them. I'm not saying this happened here but even seemingly innocuous ingredients such as mineral oil have an odd odor if it isn't neutralized with another fragrance. I agree, I hate heavily fragrances products.
