I will still shower after my shift but there's no punch-you-in-ghe-face sweat smell. I tried the travel set and now I'm buying thebbiggest bottle they have!...The body wash works well with my pouf sponge as well as my exfoliation mitt and I always get tons of bubbles and suds.
