The most noticeable difference between this and the 2019 version is this doesn't contain any glitter/sparkle/visible shimmer. There are IF’s and BUT’s; I don’t recommend putting this on with a beauty blender or the sponge it comes with if you’re putting it over your set face. It will take your makeup off.
