I don't usually buy 'icy blue' [shimmery] but this colour is great with my eyes, light blue, I put it on very lightly with a darker eye line and it is very subtle, easy to look like I spend lots of time doing it. get lots of compliments....It is a really gorgeous blue and very high-pigmented.
