does it come in a new packaging with the hinge? or is it in old version where you have to pull the lid off?

My latest moondust just arrived. It’s with the new hinge. It’s not great packaging compared to before. I know the lid was hard to get off before but at least it was secure. This hinge feels very fragile and cheap. Seems like you get less product too. I definitely prefer the older package.
