-Using the four fingers of both hands, gently stretch the surface of your skin slowly, each motion in time with your breath.
Step 1:
-Starting from the corners of the mouth, push upward to above the eyes, and past the temples. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.
Step 2:
-Starting just below the cheeks, push upward past the temples. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.
Step 3:
-Starting from the chin, push upward past the temples along the facial outline. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.
Step 4:
- Repeat the steps 1-3 two to three times until the serum is fully absorbed into the skin.
