Is this brush supposed to look like it's missing a bristle? I keep seeing reviews saying it's damaged but it's always the same bristle missing and it's the same one that's not there on mine too. Can't tell if it's on purpose or not.

The hole is part of the brush design -- it's intentionally there to allow for air circulation.
