Is this product fragrance free? It says@it has less than 1% synthetic fragrance but that doesn't say that it's fragrance free.

I will be honest I don’t know where it would say it on the packaging, but I’ve used it for a couple weeks now and it has one of the strongest floral smells. I’ve ever had in a product so I’m gonna have to say probably not.
