Assuming you’re mixing just enough for one application at a time (not actually putting it into the foundation bottle) and that your foundation is water based; it works fine. I have one of those little plastic things for mixing foundation and such and it has a flip top lid for when i undoubtedly mix too much. It usually lasts for 3 days. It may last longer, that’s just the amount I mix too much of. I wouldn’t mix in the bottles because they’re different formulas with different preservative properties and I don’t know what may disrupt anything. So mix in single use amounts and if water based and you should be fine.
