I own the 1.69oz/50mL full-size, & it did not come with a spatula. I was honestly VERY surprised by this, considering what a prestigious brand Dr. Barbara Sturm is. The price alone should justify the addition of a high-quality metal spatula, imo. For this reason, I have to assume the 0.5oz/15mL size does not come with one either. The review including the spatula reads like she purchased her?s in a kit?not the Face Cream on its own.
