How does everyone prevent this from smudging more once applied? Within minutes I get smears all over my eyes/face.

This is a khol eye pencil. When something is marketed as khol it has a gel/creamy formula designed for tight lining the inner eyes not as a eyeliner (assuming your using it as an eyeliner) I would recommend you use something like an eyeliner to prevent it from smudging!
