How much liquid is supposed to be in the container? The patches themselves seem slightly wet but there is only a couple mm worth of liquid at the bottom it’s not like the liquid is all the way up covering over the patches? Just want to make sure normal?

Once u buy it shake it a bit to disperse the liquid in the jar evenly. It�  s not supposed to fill the jar to the top because that would make the patches way to slippery to pick up and even stay on your face. You need to keep it refrigerated
