Shampoo:
-Work a quarter-size amount of shampoo into a lather between palms.
-Apply to wet hair.
-Massage into scalp, starting at the nape of your neck, and work the lather through the ends.
-Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner:
-Work a quarter-size amount of conditioner between palms.
-Apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends.
-Leave in for one to three minutes.
-Rinse thoroughly.
