Does work well to neutralize the redness from rosacea on its own? Or is it better under a foundation?

I would say that it is better under foundation. My rosacea isn’t super bad at the moment and although this product does add a slight cool tone, it isn’t nearly enough on its own. I have the Make Up Forever Redness Corrector Step 1 Primer in green and I would say that it has decidedly better coverage than this serum. I layer both ITSerum and then the MUF primer for a natural look and I add foundation on top if I want more coverage.
