I know you need to apply to clean skin etc. but the Vanilla Bourbon Rollerball I bought developed actual MOULD inside before 1/4 finished. Bit too organic for me! 😂

MINE DID THE SAME THING!!!! My Minor is in Chemistry and “organic” or not, THIS is a type of product that does not need to have a “use by” date before it shows growth of ANYTHING inside a bottle regardless of the distribution system. Wasn’t impressed. Contacted the actual COMPANY and they asked me to return at their cost (which I did) and was more than compensated & NOTHING happened to new product(S). I was polite, explained how I use and where it is stored etc. and they were very kind. NOT everything should be a Sephora issue IMO. Happy & smelling awesome! Talk to them directly, with kindness and NO expectations as mine was a sample after all but they were amazing and I believe it could have been a “one-off” batch issue vs “ALL” issue. Good companies will always support their products & I TRULY expected NOTHING in return which was very nice & surprising but brand loyalty keeps them going and they have MINE! <3
