is the shampoo and conditioner combo great for low porosity hair?

I believe I have low porosity hair - fine, thin hair that I constantly color, and it responded well to this. It made my hair soft and shiny. When I use drugstore products, my hair becomes dry, brittle, and terrible. This worked for my hair.
