Prep and define:

-Define lips and enhance staying power with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately) in a coordinating shade.
Build color opacity in layers:
-Use your finger to press and roll color onto lips.
-Starting at the middle of your bottom lip, work outward to either edge.
-Repeat on top lip.
Make it last:
-After applying lipstick, gently pull a tissue apart into two thin sheets.
-Press one of the sheets against your lips, lightly dusting with Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately).
