It says to add a plum size amount. Would that not be like a 1/3 of the bottle?

A little bit goes a very long way with this product. I have fine, shoulder length bobbed hair and I used an “apricot” sized amount. This was more than enough. Additionally, the volume has lasted for more than 48 hours even after I have slept on it.
