makeup will not prevent sweating. if you do not want to sweat somewhere (like an armpit), use an anti-perspirant. you should not be trying to prevent facial sweating because you can die of heatstroke, however. Or are you trying to ask how to prevent your face getting oily in the heat? those are very different questions.
