Beautiful on fair but be aware that the entire palette is focused on pink there are no browns just orange, pinks,purples, and silver. The purples will smoke out the look like a black or brown shadow but after a while of wearing pink looks it gets boring. ...Pretty pinks and purples....The colours are more pigmented then in the photo so the nudes are more purple and pink. I wasn't able to tell that from the photos and my skin is pretty pale so it was a surprise to me.

I bought Violet Satine as soon as it launched and have been loving it. Cool toned purples are notoriously difficult to formulate but these are beautiful. ...This is a beautiful and luxurious makeup product...The only reasons this does not get a complete five star rating is because the darkest Brown shade did get a little patchy on my eye but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because it's smooth out fairly easy and I'm not one to usually use Brown and peach shades on my eyes I'm more of a gray and black shade kind of girl so maybe it's because I just wasn't used to it.
