Unfortunately the sharpened tip broke off of both on first use. The purple is more of a light brown and the brown shimmer is fairly light....I have these eye liner/shadow sticks in brown, green, black, and purple.

I wish there was a white or beige for corner of eye instead of the light pink....This is my typical go-to color scheme! Pinks and purples just work well on me.
