I have been trying to find a get that isn't drying, but has a strong hold. this gel is perfect! the hold keeps for well over 12 hours. most gels make my head so itchy. not this one. alot of people are saying it smells bad. ...I've enjoyed trying Mini Strong Hold Gel and I love the way it holds my frizzaways, it a strong holding gel that doesn't make your hair crunchy or flakey like some of the other gels we've tried in the past.

Nice hold...This gel is better than most of the gels I have used. ...holy grail of strong gels...clean, strong holding gel with minimal flaking. I think after the end of the day, any gel will show at least a little flakes.

For my hair type (4A-4B) I would probably use this more for my protective hair styles, and the Strong Hold Gel for longer lasting defined curls....It’s not heavy so it doesn’t weigh down my curls. The gel doesn’t hold the curls as well as some other gels do but aids in the formation of curls.
