compact brushes

i’ve tried so many different ways throughout the years (beauty blender, fingers, multiple styles of brushes, that lil milk makeup plastic thingy) and non of them come close to the skin like finish this one gives....They are a little bit expensive but for this quality I find them worth it. This brush is my favorite so far and not just from this brand but of all the makeup brushes I've ever used, seriously. ...The best foundation brush, period!...my all time favorite brush

I bought this brush with the new complexion rescue tinted gel creme (which is amazing) and i was let down by the results. the fine white fibers at the top ted to clump together creating uneaven aplication and the brush itself is very dificult to clean because if its dense, compact nature....I have had it for a month and only felt the need to wash it once already because I use an oil based face cream and it tends to make my brush sticky and can transfer oil to the compacts i use.

hourglass brush...soft brush but not worth the money, sephora brush #55 works the same way at less the cost. sephora brushes work very well- easy to maintain- once a week or every other week clean with mild face soap or small drop of mild dish soap- swirl in palm of hand and swirl with water in palm of hand squeeze out excess water and dry on paper towel tilted downward....Perhaps Hourglass would win out in longevity but I won't be keeping them to find out. #1 isn't as large as I expected. #2 isn't as dense as I expected. #7 is in between the two but I didn't want a multi-tasking brush and prefer the long handles. I do use the small eye brushes and love them.

I have a similar brush that’s more compact I haven’t reached for since this one came into my life....I love this brush. the angle is great to get right up under the eyelid. its easy to use. the brush is super soft yet compact!
