Good toner!...I morning/evening toner is SK-II which I need to be a bit more mindful how much I am using, but with this Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner, I can use as much as I want to hydrate my face. ...10/10 toner...This is the only facial toner I’ve used. best toner...My face is not oily anymore....I love it because I use it after my scrub and cleaners and after all that there is still dirt on our face and this toner is taking it all out! I have also tried using another toner in the morning and the cotton is all clean, right after that I used the Clinique toner and yes there is dirt on the cotton pad.
