That being said, this is a smokey eye type pencil, not a pencil for super sharp lines or precision looksand it blends out beautifully for a 30-second eye look. ...I also never used the light blue side. I don't usually buy 'icy blue' [shimmery] but this colour is great with my eyes, light blue, I put it on very lightly with a darker eye line and it is very subtle, easy to look like I spend lots of time doing it. get lots of compliments....It is a really gorgeous blue and very high-pigmented. My skin tone is medium-tan with brown eyes and I thought blue won't look good on me, but this blue is just really pretty and suits my skin/eyes.
