I think this a great starter product If you are sensitive to retinols or a beginner...They use a very gentle retinoid and pair it with niacinamide to boost effectiveness! Great for beginners and sensitive skin too.

However, I recommend starters to use this 1-2x/week to begin. Not as gentle as i5 claims....It's a very gentle formula that packs a big punch. My skin wasn't irritated or red and I was able to use it daily (until I ran out...about 3 nights worth).

I didn't have any adverse reactions to this product however I've been an avid retinol user for years. Great for beginners....Great for retinol beginners...It is pretty gentle and great option for retinol beginners. I use Tretinoin every few days, but in between Tret nights, this is what i use.
