I bought it to mainly use on my upper eyelid waterline. it takes some repeat application to get it to attach. on the occassions, I've used it as a lid liner, it feels thick and waxy, like crayon. it does melt after a while on the skin, requiring monitoring and wiping. But it's too soft to heat prior to application. I need a vegan formulation and it's hard to find blue eyeliner as it is, let alone vegan, which is why I'm going to continue to use it.
