This brush completely detangle my hair in 10 minutes I was very scared at first seeing the metal teeth on the brush but it did not snag on my curly hair and it also passed straight through my hair after I blow dried it and flat ironed my hair love the pastel yellow color...The brush feels sturdy and looks great, but I don't think the yellow paint covering the handle is necessary since mine has a blemish.
