I use the hourglass concealer in 4 pearl. Brightening concealer shade. What shade should I use in this?

Any skin tone can use shade Translucent because it's invisible/translucent. I'm guessing your skin is Light, possibly Light-Medium, based on the Concealer in Shade 4 Pearl...so, I'd say get shade Translucent.
