What it is: A limited-edition, four-step eyeshadow quad with a soft-focus, non-creasing formula and pigmented shades to make your eyes look bigger and brighter.

What Else You Need to Know: This breakthrough eyeshadow texture combines the illuminating, rich finish of a Charlotte Tilbury POP shade with the blendability of a creamy, powder-based eyeshadow. The eyeshadow is finely milled and blended with oils and waxes for an easy-to-use application and long-lasting pigment. Polished pearl pigments deliver an iridescent shimmer with a velvety-smooth finish. Shades can be used dry for a buildable layer of color or with a damp Blender Brush (sold separately) to build a metallic, wet-look finish and three times the color intensity.

Suggested Usage:
-Use your Hollywood Flawless Filter Luxury Eyeshadow Palette to prime, enhance, smoke, define.
-Start by applying the Prime shade of the eyeshadow palette all over your eyelid with your finger or Eye Blender Brush (sold separately).
-For a daytime look, blend the Enhance shade into the crease of your eyelid. Then apply along your upper and lower lash line.
-To amp up for evening, apply the Smoke shade onto the outer corner of the lid, using your ring finger. Blend upwards and outwards for a lifted look.
-Next, using the Eye Smudger brush (sold separately), apply along the upper and lower lash line for more intensity.
-For an even more mesmeric look, use your finger to apply the Define shade to the center of your eyelid.
-Layer on a coat of Pillow Talk Mascara (sold separately) for a finishing touch to your look.

Pro artist tips:
-For more saturation, use your fingers with this formula. For a dreamy, watercolor-like effect, use a brush.
