Honestly use it directly on your scalp or on your problem areas twice a day.(morning after shower, night before you go to bed). And massage it in your scalp for about 2min each time. It’s best if you’re able to leave it in and avoid using it before washing your hair, because it is a leave-in treatment. Hope that helps!!
