Flaking,%20peeling%20and%20dry%20patches%20are%20par%20for%20the%20course%20with%20all%20retinoids.%20If%20it%E2%80%99s%20NOT%20happening,%20it%E2%80%99s%20probably%20not%20sufficiently%20effective%20as%20a%20retinoid.%20When%20you%20start%20using%20retinoids%20it%20will%20usually%20hit%20at%20about%20the%20three%20day%20mark.%20If%20%E2%80%9Cflaking%E2%80%9D%20is%20as%20bad%20as%20it%20gets,%20then%20it%E2%80%99s%20probably%20good%20for%20your%20skin%E2%80%99s%20level%20of%20tolerance.%20Gradually%20build%20on%20that.%20Again,%20if%20it%E2%80%99s%20effective,%20this%20is%20to%20be%20expected.%20
