does this work well under concealer? or does it pill or cause creasing? does it keep skin moisturized all day? thank-you

in my personal experience it works soooo well under concealer, as someone who deals with dehydrated under eyes this has helped so so much and when paired with concealer.. CHEFS KISS 🙏 it gives me that perfect hydrated, glowy, just got 15 hours of sleep look
