Is this just a refill bottle or it comes with the refillable bottle also?

It’s a new bottle of cologne all in its original sealed packaging. The refill is an option that you pay for separately after you have completed the original bottle of cologne. Refill just means that the new bottle you purchased of said cologne has the ability to be refilled with a separate refill specific bottle.
