Hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic are essentially meaningless as everyone's skin is different and the comedogenic rating system that most sites still reference is from 1989, where the ingredients were tested on rabbit ear skin, which is completely different from human. If you have sensitive skin, you should check the ingredients list yourself for anything that's caused issues in the past.
