Can you use it on top of makeup to have a glowy look

The Evereden face mist isn't used for a glowy look it is used to sooth your skin. If you want to you can use it on top of makeup but after a few seconds it will start to soak into your skin and lose the glowy look. If you are worrying it will not melt your makeup off! Also you usually use this after you cleanse not after doing makeup. Skincare always comes after makeup. If you have any more questions I would be happy to answer them!
