Suggested Usage:
-Use daily.

NeuroTouch Sculpting Technique:
-Use light, gentle touch as you work your way through these movements. Dermalogica recommends performing each step three times.
1. Neck: Turning head to side, start behind the ear and work down toward the clavicle, using pinching movements to relieve tension at the back of the neck.
2. Jaw: Starting at the center of the chin and working back toward the ear, make circles with pinched fingers.
3. Cheeks: Using alternate hand placed over head, start at apple of the cheekbone. Hold fingers under cheekbone to lift cheek, walking fingers back toward ear.
4. Brows: Starting at the beginning of the eyebrow, work toward the end of the eyebrow by pinching, lifting, and circling skin 3X.
5. Forehead: Starting at the beginning of the eyebrow, use non-dominant index finger to press and lift, sliding upward while the other hand’s index finger follows behind with muscle vibration movements. Repeat at center and end of the eyebrow.
6. Finish: Spread fingertips, work from top to bottom using light pressure:
a. Start at the center of the forehead and massage outward to the edges of face.
b. Start at the center of the cheeks and massage outward to the edges of the face, moving toward the ears.
c. Start at the center of the chin and massage outward to the edges of the face and outer jawline.
d. Start at the temples, sliding down the sides of the face toward the neck.
