Is this a new formula? {with new name} Did they change it back to when it first came out? It was creamy and would glide on...then they changed the formula and it became hard and waxy. IT WOULD NO LONGER GLIDE ON but pull the thinnest skin on your face!

I don't have experience with the old formula  but I got this for the first time pretty recently  and it's a translucent jelly  it glides on very easily.
