How do I refill a full size bottle where the atomizer doesn't screw off unlike the smaller bottles? It is sealed around the bottle and does not come off unless pried off. Can I bring it into a Sephora store and have them fill it for me so I don't break it

I bought a 100 ml bottle from Sephora and the refill. A year later I went to refill and was unable to take the top off. I even went into the store because the screw top will not come off  even after removing the twine. They told me there was nothing they could do. I went home and called Maison Margela and they told me I�  d have to deal with Sephora bc it was sold third party. I called Sephora back and they said they could only help me if this happened within 60 days. How was I supposed to know the lid was defective within 60 days  Not happy with the run around and lack of customer service. Will not purchase perfume from Sephora again.
