so I've never used an exfoliating toner before this is my first one.. I used it twice in a week,The rest of my routine has been the same,my face feels as though it's about to pale off like that weird texture I can't explain Is this normal or am I allergic

You are sensitive-skinned like I am probably; sounds like your acid mantle is disrupted by chemical exfoliation in general, so apart from very mild abrasion from your face towel (upon face-drying: physical exfoliation) skip chemical exfoliation ; Use micellar water to take off makeup and Kiehls ultra facial cream ( no spf) to moisturize/heal .  Maybe tower 28 sos spray if you need anti-bacterial / toning effect   Best to you !
