-Lather and massage shampoo through wet hair from root to ends. Rinse.
-Massage conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for two to three minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

-Prior to heat styling, apply one to two pumps to damp or dry hair to strengthen and protect from heat damage.
-To smooth and add shine to your finished style, apply one to two pumps throughout dry hair, focusing on the ends.
