Is this supposed to be the replacement for the nourishing moisturizer? Is it all similar?

Yes, it is supposed to be the replacement and it’s terrible. The texture isn’t the same because they’ve changed all of the ‘pink top’ items to COLOR CORRECTING products. That’s why they all have green on the packaging.
