Generally, yes, and also if you don't use this. If you're going to be exposed to UV index ≥3 for ≥15 minutes (cumulatively, even indirectly, even through most windows), you should wear sunscreen: broad spectrum, SPF ≥30/PA≥++, applied generously (less is not more). Reapply after your face gets wet, you touch it a lot, etc. (the benchmark is every ~two hours, but you can get away with longer if you don't sweat or move your face at all). Whichever sunscreen you're willing to use ~daily is best.
