Most if not all of these reviews are from reviewers that got the product for free. Has anyone purchased this and found that it works ? Would it help with acne prone skin?

This is a very gentle retinol. I've been using it casually a a couple of times a week. At this   even with daily use possible Benifits are smaller vs a high strength formula but regardless benifits are accumulative over months and in my case a series of many many months because not only is the strength low but so is the frequency of which it's applied. It has a nice vehicle and is pleasant overall. I specifically wanted a weak retinol and was very pleased to find the cosrx .1  formula to meet my needs. In terms of acne control it is a very weak option.
