As a previous chemo patient myself  we have to wait until at least 6 weeks from the final chemo treatment to start any product like this. Then use it for at least 3-6 months before starting to see something. As I'm sure you know  chemo stops all cell replication to keep the C from spreading. As a consequence it also haults the growth cycle for our hair. I grew most of my hair back very slowly and it grew back a different color and with a 3  dark streak in the front. My eyebrows have never fully recovered and my lashes came back but not nearly as nice or full. Be patient with yourself it takes time. I switched to head scarves to allow air flow to my scalp while trying to regrow. I found wigs made my scalp unhappy and prone to breakouts during the regrowth process.
