Do i put concealer and powder my eyelid before orshould I just apply this on bare lid?

For me personally, I’ve applied it with a primer under it and it worked wonderfully, I think I did that more often than not just to be safe; I’ve also used it without anything under it, I’ll be honest &say that I’m not totally sure how well that lasted, but it didn’t disappear. However, if you’re prone to having that area get oily, definitely follow your usual prep routine, if using concealer under your eye and using setting power there is already something you do, it doesn’t seem like a hassle to try it that way. I really do recommend experimenting with it when you have a chance.
Bottom line, give both a shot. It’s going to work out for you one way or another. It’s something I’ve used when I had to do my makeup in the car and it’s so perfect for that, I used primer then, but concealer and setting powder would work too. Your skin type *might* play a factor in if you need something underneath for staying power. My overall take: it’s a product worth giving a shot, easy application 💯
